Using XBee S2C in XCTU. JV command not there?

Using XCTU 6.4.2. Seemingly have no option for the JV command.
Typing “ATJV 1” through the console for the device returns “ERROR”

I’ve scoured all over looking for solutions. Not sure if i’m missing something.

Any help is appreciated
