What do those mean?

ASY = serial port
An asy port server is the server that is listening to connect to a serial port. EG 4000 would be serial 0.
ZING is an old Sarian (the company Digi bought) protocol that is used to configure routers via ethernet. You would probably never use it unless you are flashing a device by Ethernet only.
RCI over HTTP is a way to program a device via a XML like structure using a RESTful API. It is similar to the RCI commands you would use to talk to Device Cloud with.
