Which GPIO should I use for fixing NET+50's sdram burst termination bug?

Hello!I’m using NET+50 processor.
1)Your company’s NET+50 “hardware reference manual” mentions that NET+50 needs fix circuit for sdram burst termination problem.
2)I plant to use option2 of given solutions to fix this problem and option2 uses PORTC GPIO.

But “hardware reference manual” mentions that "software reset"doesn’t reset PORTA, PORTB and PORTC.

So my question is : Which GPIO should I use for fixing NET+50’s sdram burst termination bug?
