Why can we not use Bluetooth w/ DigiMesh 2.4 Function Set?

I am wanting to use the Mobile XBee App which relies on Bluetooth. The product page by Rob Faludi states that the Mobile App will work with Digi XBee3 DigiMesh® 2.4.

Bluetooth is available in XBee3 802.15.4 Function set and XBee3 Zigbee function set but not in DigiMesh 2.4. There is no BT field, am I missing something?

Chad,

At the moment, blue tooth is not enabled on the Digi mesh code. That has been the result of a function needed in the stack that hopefully will be there on the next release of the code due out in April.

Will you be able to release the new firmware with mesh this month?
