Why is my Dynamic DNS currently disabled due to previous error response from server?

I am able to setup my DynDNS account and it works fine until I reboot the router and get assigned a new IP. Then the DynDNS account says:

“Dynamic DNS is currently disabled due to previous error response from server”

I already contacted DynDNS and they said it’s a problem with Digi Transport WR11 and I need to reach out to Digi, so here I am =)

i would think it would depend on the firmware version you are running and your configuration.

the best thing would be to send an email to digi support and raise a case

they would need a debug.txt file and might want a trace of the requests to dyn dns
