With XBee ZigBee configured as coordinator, is it possible to get a packet when there is an association request?

I have a XBee3 coordinator configured with AP=1, AO=F, DC=F, but the only packets with frame type 0x98 I receive have either status code 0x03 (when a device is able to join), or 0x0B with AIStatusCode 0. I also receive packets with frame type 0x8A and status 0x06. None of these are helpful to see when an unsuccessful association request is done by a device. Is there any way to do that?
