We have WR11 setup for internet access on a remote laptop, on the digi remote manager it is showing it is online and i can do changes as well, but for some reason it loses internet connection on the Ethernet port, if i unplug the Ethernet plug on the laptop and then plug it back in it comes right back online for about 6 hours then it will drop again, i tried rebooting it remotely but nothing.
any ideas.

on the laptop is it showing the ethernet port as disconected ?
is the laptop going into sleep mode / hibernation ?
what is showing in the eventlog on the wr11 at that time ?
if you think this is an issue you should report it to Tech Support

is the event log before it loses its internet connection.
the laptop doesnt go to sleep or anything it stays running. its just the ethernet just quits working

Device is running 24/7. Sometimes have to reboot modem to ring eth0 back.
