XBee 3 BLE C library for Arduino

Hi,
Is there a C library (possibly an extension of the existing Xbee.h library for Arduino (https://github.com/andrewrapp/xbee-arduino) that would allow one to send and receive messages from a microcontroller (ideally Arduino) through the XBee 3 BLE interface.
I have been sending/receiving message successfully through the Relay console using the frame generator - I would like to now embedded this into a project and start using the BLE interface in a similar way the XBee.h library allows the usage of API mode.

I am not aware of any that will offer access to the New BLE functions found on the XBee 3.
