XBee S2C 802.15.4 Model: S2CTH - XB24CZ7S1TB003 Not detected in XCTU Software

Hi,
I have used the Xbee S2C Module 802.15.4 Model: S2CTH - XB24CZ7S1TB003 it was not detected in the XCTU Software below the procedure I have followed,

  1. The COM port was detected, and the module was not connected to XCTU software.
  2. We configured the required parameters like baud rate, Parity but the module was not detected.
  3. We tried to recover the module and update the recovery firmware in XB24C - 802.15.4 TH - 2003 newest version and uploading the firmware It was shown an error there is no active bootloader in the module.
  4. I have updated the XCTU Software and tried module was not detected.

Kindly assist in this and do the needful your guidelines it will be very helpful for us.

This is a programmable module. In XCTU, there is a spot to tell the software that this is a programmable module. You need to enable this function before XCTU will be able to communicate with it. You may also need to load on the transparent application on the module via the Programmable SDK.

Thanks for your inputs. As per my observation need to flash the program via SDK module is it right? Kindly describe the procedure and where I need to download the files. Kindly assist in this.

That would be correct. You would need a BDM programmer to do it. The code warrior and SDK can be found on Digi XBee S2C Support Resources
