Xbee S2C can't read with XCTU program ?

I am using XCTU program , version 5 and tried many versions of it, but can’t still read, although I can write to it
can anyone help please?

The version 5x of XCTU is too old for the S2C. You need to use the updated XCTU version 6x for the newer products.
