Xbee S2C pro is not able to connect with Mighty Gecko (EFR32MG) 2.4 GHz 19.5 dBm

Hi,

I am also facing the same issue. Xbee S2C pro is not able to connect with Mighty Gecko (EFR32MG) 2.4 GHz 19.5 dBm over zigbee. Can any body suggest how to achieve it, is it is possible??

Details:

Xbee s2c is router with on/off cluster and EFR32MG is coordinator.

Observations:

  1. Coordinator is not able to scan/connect xbee s2c pro router but it is able to connect with third party sensors like heiman devices.

  2. xbee s2c pro router is able to connect with other xbee s2c pro which is set as coordinator using XCTU PC tool.

So looks like both configurations are good enough to establish zigbee network as one or the other way xbee or EFR32 is able to form and connect to network with other device but not with each other. Do any body have idea on such type of issue?? Please let us know.
