First time I am using XBEE modules, I have few questions about pcb

1.- if analog I/O unused, VREF pin must be connect to VCC or can be left open ?

2.- Also for u.Fl version must be created the keepout area (user manual 90001500 pg.24) ?

3.- Poligon pour under the module must be float or can be connect to GND (user manual 90001500 pg.153)? I must only create the copper keepout region under RF pads.

That module uses an internal VREF so the VREF pin is used as a pin compatible function for the S1 hardware. IE it is not used and can be left disconnected.
