XCTU cannot discovered XBEE S2 PRO

Hi everyone,

I am now using XCTU to set my xbee s2 pro, but when i am having a hard time to finding the xbee. I tried both “add radio modules” and “research radio modules”. it couldn’t find any device.
btw I am using arduino wireless proto shield instead of usb adapter. and XCTU could identify arduino board, it just couldn’t find the xbee which was attached on it.

Please help me! thanks in advance.

The XCTU software requires the use the use of the flow control lines in order to determine which module is connected. The shields you are using simply do not support these lines.
