The problem is that when I plugin the XBee to my PC, there is absolutely no device that appears in XCTU. I do not have a window in XCTU to select USB Serial port(as mentioned here https://eewiki.net/display/Wireless/XBee+Wireless+Communication+Setup). Are there any additional packages to XCTU that I need to install to configure 2 XBree S2 Pro?
Hi, There is nothing to install to use XCTU. Your PC should recognize the serial port.
What do you use to connect your xbee to your PC?
You can try another software like coolterm which will screen your ports. I suspect it will not find your xbee neither. In this case, check your board, change your cable…
