I have a XStick with product family XB24-ZB. I am trying to identify the phillips hue light in the network using Coordinator API mode in XCTU network operating mode and it fails. May I know the configuration parameters for making this to work?
What protocol is the light working under? Is it the Zigbee Home Automation profile? If so, then the XStick will not work with it as it does not support the HA profile.
