Zigbee, DigiMesh or 802.15.4 ??

I need one Device (Server - Coordinator) and a lot of End-Devices (100+).
All End-Devices needs to sleep 99% of the time (thats why I can not use routers).

Which Protocol should I use??

You should choose DigiMesh.

In 802.15.4, all modules should in direct range of each other. Difficult for such big network.

Zigbee will require routers as one coordinator can join to atmost 10 end devices.

Digimesh is best option as it does not requires router and provides data hopping feature.
