anywhere usb disconnect after some time

A usb licence dongle is plugged into AnywhereUSB/2 and work fine.
However, it disconnected after 2 weeks. The status light turn red and then flashing. then it light up as orange for about 6 seconds, and then it turn green and flash for a while. Afterwards, it turn red and flashing again. The cycle repeats.

Ping do not get response. I unplugged the power and then power on will solve the problem.

Any advise are highly appreciated.

PS: USB port 2 is empty. windows server 2003 is a vmware vm.

Ensure you are running the latest AnywhereUSB 3.60 driver and 1.70 firmware Also ensure you are using the latest license dongle driver
