AnywhereUSB 14 - card in Smart card reader WUDF is not recognized through RDP

Hello,
I try to explain my issue:
One chip card that is inserted in a smart card reader WUDF, which is plugged in a USB port of AnywhereUsb, is not recognized from a virtual machine on which I have an RDP session. The tool that reads the card is installed on a virtual machine. I go in remote desktop on this machine and I try to read the card, but I am not able.
I have no issue if I try to read the card from my phisical laptop.

Could you help us, pleae?
