AnywhereUSB/14 crashed after configuring RealPort to modem over serial interface attached.

We have tried to use the local serial port with modem attached using RealPort driver directly to VMware. Looks like its working fine but after a while (modem extensively dialing remote destinations) AnywhereUSB stops responding  (red status light come up and change to amber after a while - this is repeating until we remove power thus restarting HW appliance)

Question is if there are any special configuration steps necessary using modem over RealPort driver. I see there are many settings which we left to default.

Thanks.
Marcel

I would ensure you are using the latest AnywhereUSB/14 firmware, version 1.51

Ensure you are using the latest RealPort 4.5.372 and the AnywhereUSB 3.51 driver.
