What AWUSB driver and firmware versions are you running?
Same issue here. Using AnywhereUSB\14 and USR 5367 modems. Can connect 1-2 devices in a group to several different PCs (have 5 modems attached), but as soon as I add third modem to a group, windows goes windows goes belly up (bluescreen, have to boot to safe mode, uninstall devices to boot normally).
Firmware: 1.81.15.70

Driver (tried both Win7 & 8, 64-bit): 3.71.78
Realport: 4.5.373.0
