AnywhereUSB / 14, died at the time the firmware

Hello!
We have three devices AnywhereUSB / 14. Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to the latest version Firmvare 1.82. Two devices were updated successfully, and the third died during the upgrade.
Now it is not loaded, and all LEDs blink red and green.
As it can be brought back to life ??
Thank you!

I would try to factory default the AW/14 without any ethernet or USB devices plugged in

Using the Front Panel Reset Button

  1. Power off the AnywhereUSB by unplugging the power.
  2. Press the Reset button on the front of the unit.
  3. While holding the Reset button, power up the unit.
  4. Hold the Reset button for 20 seconds and then release it.

I found a solution, thanks!
