Hello! Our AnywhereUSB/14 is stop responding on the network, after reboot we got blinking LED with 1 green and 2-3-3 red code. Can we do something to make it works again?
You should try factory reset:

If this recovers the unit, make sure you are running the latest firmware and driver available from Digi’s support site: http://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=4680
If the unit does not recover, you should reach out to
Digi Tech. Support to look into possible (warranty) repair.
We already tried to do a factory reset but with no luck 
Also we haven’t warranty. Can we do a paid repair of our DIGI?
You can do a out of warranty repair through Digi. The AnywhereUSB products have a 5 year warranty.
