AnywhereUSB Malfunction - Flashing code?

Hi there,

we got an issue since this morning. We got a AnywhereUSB/5 Box. Unfortunately the box isn’t longer reachable and a restart don’t solve the issue.
We got following led code which repeat:

3 RED
3 RED
1 GREEN
2 RED

Any hints?

You might want to try a factory reset:

Also, make sure the latest driver and firmware are applied from the Digi web site.

If this does not work to recover the unit, you may need to pursue hardware repair with Digi Technical Support.
