ello Digi community, we use an AnywhereUSB 14. Since switching to OS 2019, access to the box has worked, but the USB dongle is no longer recognized.
Unfortunately, there is no information on the Digi website as to whether there is a firmware update driver for OS 2019 or whether 2019 is even supported.

The AnywhereUSB/14 is obsolete. Please contact your Digi Sales Representative for information on migrating to our latest products.
The latest AnywhereUSB/14 firmware version is 2.02, it was released in April of 2020.

The latest version of the required software, called the AnywhereUSB Configuration Utility, was released in November of 2021. Per the release notes, Server 2019 is supported.
