Trying to get windows server 2019 to understand that I have connected a USB-memory in one slot… it shows as a USB storage device in device manager with an ! error.
Help.
Are you using the latest 3.99_S2 64-bit driver from:

Did you once reboot Windows Server 2019 after installing the driver? Still having the “!”
If it’s still not working contact Digi Technical Support with your serial number and details about your USB device and screenshots of the “!” error and Windows event logs.
Yes they are installed and rebooted and updated.
I tried to mail tech but got error no emailadress… correct adress?
