AnywhereUSB/14 The device stopped working.

On the front panel the indicator blinks once green, 6 times red, 3 times red, and 2 times red.
A factory reset did not help to restore efficiency. Serial port does not answer.
Help to solve the problem or give a link to SERVICE MANUAL.
