AnywhereUSB/5 Can't change ip-address

I have brand new AnywhereUSB/5 G2 and I can’t change ip-address, I tried whit Remote Hub Configurator (it open the dialog and I can change ip-address but when update-button pressed all changes have deleted). I tried whit web browser but then I have to know username and password, also when connecting telnet it asks username and password.

Firewall is off, antivirus software is off, I have tried to change configuration multiple pc’s - no luck!

Remote Hub version is 3.00.30 and “default ip” is 10.10.28.197

You can try changing the password in the web interface .
