AnywhereUSB lose the Network

Hello.

In our company we use AnywhereUSB / 14, Firmware: 1.95.21.64, POST: 1.09.9.39.

The device is used to send security keys to a server running Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012 R2 on Hyper-V.

about once every two days the device becomes unavailable over the network. Some of the servers fall into BSOD. Others simply lose the USB key.

I updated the firmware of the device, updated the AnywhereUSB Configuration Utility program on the servers. It does not help.

What else can I do? Do I need to update my POST?

We are experiencing the exact same issue. Is anyone getting an explanation from Digi about this disconnect issue?

I suggest creating a new support case with Digi, as trying to determine the source of this kind of problem will likely require extensive troubleshooting.
