AnywhereUSB USB Port in use

Client os windows 2008 X64 version 3.82.207

firmware version 1.84.17.66

when client connect a group , it says the group was in use. then I logged in to the anywhereusb web console ,and in connnections list, I see the ip address of this client connected to this group ,when I try to disconnect this connection ,I got error messages “unable to disconnect connections:reason unknown”

I just can only reboot the anywhereusb to resolve this problem

It is not possible to connect to a Group that is already in use (that is already connected to another computer). The computer that is currently connected to the Group must disconnect first, using the AnywhereUSB Configuration Utility.

The AnywhereUSB web interface should not be used to Disconnect host computers. This method is not supported.
