I get this error when I try to disconnect a host from the Connections Management menu :
Unable to disconnect connections: Reason unknown
The windows server blue Screened and can not reconnect to the USB anywhere device because it see’s the connection is still in use. Is there a way of resetting the connection without rebooting the USB device.
We are using :

This is actually not the correct way to disconnect a host computer from an AWUSB. If you force a disconnection this way, that host computer will immediately attempt to re-connect. This is because it’s the host computer (not the AWUSB) that initiates the connection, to the AWUSB.
To disconnect a host computer from an AWUSB, run the AWUSB Configuration Utility and click the Disconnect button.
