Baud rate port

i’ve been trying to configuring the ports created by an xp acceleport 4p, to set the “bits per second to a 75 rate” the minimum in Windows xp is 110, have you seen any case like this

The baud rate should be set by the application upon opening the serial port.
75 baud should work fine if the application opens the port correctly.
To verify you can use the performance utility ntperf.exe to test the ports at 75 baud. If your application does not open the port with baud rate information, you can run the mode command (at a comand prompt) to set the baud rate. Run mode /? to see the parameters. The settings remain in effect until another application opens the port with different settings or until the system is rebooted.
