Black Screen Issue During Digi Connect Setup Need Help

Hi everyone,

Iam encountering a black screen issue while setting up my Digi Connect device. The device powers on, and the status LED indicates it’s functioning, but when I access the configuration interface via the web or serial console, the screen goes completely black, and I cannot proceed with the setup.

Restarted the device and checked all connections.
Verified that the firmware is up-to-date.
Attempted to access the setup interface using different browsers and devices.
Reset the device to factory settings, but the issue persists.

Model: Digi Connect ME
Firmware Version: 5.2.0.6
Connection Method: Ethernet

I suspect it could be related to a firmware issue or a browser compatibility problem.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or have any troubleshooting suggestions?

Please can you clarify which firmware this is? Firmware version 5.2.0.6 seems to be unknown, see:

Is this custom NET+OS firmware, Plug and Play firmware or Linux firmware?
What is the PN:(1P)5000xxxx-yy printed on this Digi Connect ME module and it’s MAC address?
Why is this question tagged as “Rabbit” and “xbee”, since this is instead a Connect ME (SOM)?

Maybe some screenshots of what you see, before the “screen goes completely black” might help?
Are you talking about the browser screen? The Connect ME has no “screen”
