Hi everyone,
Iam encountering a black screen issue while setting up my Digi Connect device. The device powers on, and the status LED indicates it’s functioning, but when I access the configuration interface via the web or serial console, the screen goes completely black, and I cannot proceed with the setup.
Restarted the device and checked all connections.
Verified that the firmware is up-to-date.
Attempted to access the setup interface using different browsers and devices.
Reset the device to factory settings, but the issue persists.

Firmware Version: 5.2.0.6
Connection Method: Ethernet
I suspect it could be related to a firmware issue or a browser compatibility problem.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or have any troubleshooting suggestions?
