BSOD Windows 2k8 R2 and VMware

Hello from Bavaria,

two customers are experiencing crashes with USB Anywhere and Savenet Hasp dongles (sentinel) from once a day to six days.

Got several MEMORY.DMPs and all are crashing in the same area.

here is a part from windbg. If you need further information, pls let me know.

Many thanks in advance

Norbert

Hello,

This is a known issue. We think that the cause of the issue is a bug in the SafeNet dongle driver.

We are currently working with SafeNet to try to get them to fix the bug.

I suggest opening a support case with Digi so we can link your case with other customers who are experiencing the same issue. This way, we’ll have your contact information and we can easily contact you if/when the issue is resolved.
