Can I use XBee to connect 2 sensors?

Hi,

Can I use XBee to connect 2 sensors? with a way for the battery indicator?
The sensors are:

Gravity: Analog Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor

These sensors want a One Wire interface. The XBee does not have a one wire interface to work with.
