Can't Detect Sensor

hello, i’m using connectport X8 gateway with ZNet 2.5 firmware,
my connectport gateway is only detect itself and can’t detect sensor, i don’t know where the problem take place,may someone can help me to solve my problem,

Both the X8 and Znet are obsolete for many years, so few people will offer suggestions.

I will guess that you have the PAN ID set incorrectly. Does the sensor have an XBee? If not, it may never work (ZNet wasn’t really a standard). if so, remove the XBee and place into an XBIB or any serial/USB board and reset the settings to factory default but have CE=0. Do the same for the XBee in the X8 but make sure CE=1 and it should work.
