Problem with Connectport X 8

Hello, i use connectport X8 but when i opened this gateway from web and discover sensor in range, it can’t detect any sensor and rs232 in this range area, it only detect itself as gateway and showed its address,
maybe any of you can help me,

Hi,

It seems the channel, Pan ID and Operational PanID are not matching to the sensors.

Hey do one thing, press the ident button on the XBee sensor 4 times quickly, The Association LED would be stable. Now it will try to find nearest gateway and try to join at that Pan ID and Channel.

thanks for your comment, i just try that but the association LED still not stable, maybe you have any another idea??
