Hi, I am wondering how to interpret the situation where the name of the carrier (“Telstra”) does not match the carrier code (“50502” = Optus) in the output of the ‘modemstat ?’ command. I am confident that this is not a bug I just don’t know how to interpret this. Is this related to roaming???
Example:
GPRS Registration: Registration denied
Network: Telstra, 50502
Output
modemstat ?
Outcome: Got modem status OK
