Running Win7 on Parallels on MacBook Pro. Installed new XCTU first in September, and it was this way. Now legacy X-CTU won’t find device characterization definitions, so I tried reinstalling new XCTU. Same problem.
Check your display text size. Make sure that it is at the default value.
