Digi Anywhere5 Linux not connected

We are using VMware environment. We have AnywhereUSB 5 (not MHC) + clients - RHEL7 & Debian.
They are all assigned in single IP net. Drivers (1.9-41) installed without problems, services active.
All telnet and ping.
Firewall disabled.

Problem is, that client constantly connect and disconnect to AnywhereUSB5.

What could it be?

There is no Linux driver for the old AnywhereUSB/5 product, to connect to its USB ports.

The RealPort driver for Linux (serial-over-IP) is only compatible with the old AnywhereUSB TS44 model because it has some serial ports.

Digi does offer Linux support for the current AnywhereUSB Plus products.
