Hello! There is a problem! Hanging device. All lights are lit and no connection to the device.
Rebooting from the button does not work, helps only HARD REBOOT! Hangs are periodic.

We have a second device with such features. The first died a year ago, remaining in this state.

The first device worked 4 years, the second 1 year.

I suggest creating a new support case with Digi, as trying to determine the source of this kind of problem will likely require extensive troubleshooting.
