We are using Anywhere USB and encrypted images of compressed VM’s and the performance in decrypting through the AUSB device is pretty slow. I notice that there a LOTS of low cost devices that claim USB 2.0 to 10/100 ethernet and I am wondering why the DIGI device is still stuck at USB 1.1 speed. Is there a new version or some kind of upgrade available to speed this up or should we switch to a different brand (and lower cost) device. Our environment includes USB 2.0 drives with encrypted and compressed virtual machines that range in size from 1GB to 8GB.
