Digi EL-32 firmware re-flash (Solaris 10)

I have a Digi El-32 with Realport 1.7, now I want to re-flash it to FAS 7.9, but i failed. below is the information, is there anything wrong i got?

Have you disabled DHCP too? You need to, dor dgipserv to work.

A couple other tips…

Make sure the EL-32 is powered OFF until you start seeing the “Waiting for bootp request” dialogue. Once you see those messages you can power the EL-32 on and hopefully your tftp server sees the request.

One other thing you might want to try is down-revving to the earliest Realport version for that model before attempting to down-rev to the FAS firmware. Earlier firmware versions can be obtained from our FTP server.
