Ask about Etherlite 32

Hi All,

I’m using Etherlite32. it open default port 10001. So it couldn’t connect to Sun Solaris10 with port 771.
Please help me to change open port in Etherlite32.

You must upgrade the EL32 firmware to our latest “Realport” rev located here:
http://www.digi.com/support/productdetl.jsp?pid=2010&osvid=0&tp=2

My Etherlite that i’m using has version 7.9.
Your link have two versions, so what should i get?

You would want to get the RealPort version.

ie, the “Etherlite 32 Realport Firmware version 1.7” link.

I have downloaded file 80007009_E.bin,
Please show me how to upgrade with this file.

You should read the release notes, which specifically tell you how to upgrade the firmware.

Its on the same page where you downloaded the firmware.

Specifically:
http://ftp1.digi.com/support/firmware/93000431_E.txt

Following the procedures listed in there should get you going.
