Hi,
I have an Etherlite 32 ports but 10 ports are getting problem. They could receive signal from devices having serial ports connected to Etherlite ports but We are not able to input anything from console screen.
The same device and connector, cable but we changed to other Etherlite port, it worked fine.
Appreciate any help to resolve the problem.

This could be a flow control or hardware signal issue.
What operating system/version is the driver running on and what driver version is being used?
What version of firmware is in your Etherlite?
How is flow control configured for those 10 devices and how does that compare to the working devices?
The answers to these questions will give us a better idea of what you’re asking about.
