DIGI EX50 Not Working on CBRS n48 5G PWN

Hello,

We recently purchased a DIGI EX50 5G gateway. I am having a hard time getting the unit to work on my 5G n48 CBRS PWN. I have updated to the latest firmware: 25.5.52.21.

Configured for proper settings: PLMN-ID, 5G all-technologies, and custom APN. Other devices and gateways work perfect fine. The scan feature of the EX50 results did not see my private network. The SIM is working 5G SIM (used on other devices).

I have another unit purchased 2-3 years running on an older firmware that works fine on 5G n48 on a different 5G n48 PWN, but I do not have access to this device anymore.

Does anyone else run into similar issue using recent firmware version(s)?

Note that I had opened a case with DIGI that I have not heard back close to 48 hours. And their website is cumbersome – trying to get the Expert Support contract so they response to my open case.

I’m with Digi tech support and checked internally with others from our support team. It sounds like this issue was addressed, could you please confirm if so?
