DIGI PORT SERVER TS 4 MEI, Trouble to read 1 device from 2 PC

I have a problem, I am using equipment DIGI PORT SERVER TS 4 MEI, have connected a serial equipment to a port and am conviertiendo to Ethernet. When read with a PC the device works correctly, but when I want to read with two PC the device presents/displays errors.

It seems to be that conflicts at the two moment exist that PC try to read to the same device.

What I must do so that these errors do not appear?

What you’ll need to do is enable port sharing. Check out page 23 of the following manual for details on how to configure this:
