I have a MODEM 4/EM connected to a AccelePort XEM card on a computer running Solaris 9 for Intel. When I try to dial in the first time I hear the modem go offhook but no negotiation between modems occurs. Just dead silence. The second time I dial in it works fine. Any ideas?
I’m not sure why this would happen. Might be best to just call Technical Support on this one.
