Digi Portserver TS 8

We have a portserver TS 8 in a hotel that is used to cummunicate with a Property Management system that is remotely hosted. We have had ongoing problems for a few months now. We think the TS 8 is bad but we have reset it to the factory defaults and need assistance with programming it. I am not familiar with how to program it. Does anyone know what needs to be done or a contact number for tech support?
