I try to install the realport drivers on a XP Pro SP1. The package is 40002164_S (just downloaded from ftp). The installation wizzard starts and find my 2 Digi TS4, then i choose the first com port (3) (pc has only 1), then it starts to copy somes files, then i have the information that install has failed with code 14. I tried to install through config pannel and select the inf file, but still the same result : faillure. Of course i have local admin rights on the pc…
Where can I find any information about what goes wrong (install log file).
