Digi TS to device with supervisory cable

I’m trying to connect a Digi Terminal Server to a device that has a supervisory port and came with a 8 pin RJ-45 supervisory cable. However, the cable that came with the Digi TS is a 10 pin RJ-45 to 9 pin serial cable. What cable do i use to connect them together?

By the way i have tried putting a gender changer between the two cables with no success. When trying to connect it said “Connection 1 is not available”. baud rate, flow control, stop bit, etc are all correct.
